I would recommend this surgery for then doctor/patient care. However, one of the recepcionists is very unpleasant and not only rude on the phone, but even more so in person. Makes the whole experience rather off-putting as she is the first point of contact with the surgery. I also worry she is the one in charge of training future recepcionists.
