Share review of Park End Surgery

I normally have excellent service at Park End but about 4 or 5 times when I order my prescription (repeat) outline, it is lost or not issued even though the system shows it to be completed. Today it happened again. This time the reception (very friendly) said she would have the prescription reissued bad sent to my chemist.
