The receptionist is a model of patient and clarity. The doctors are consistently caring and listen well before giving thoughtful advice or seeking to investigate further. They therefore inspire confidence in their judgements and I have never had any cause to question any judgement reached by them. The flexible appointments systems works very well for the patient. I have nothing to suggest in terms of improvement except to make us all aware of when we should meet with the nurse in order to save doctors time.
