You are always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. It's so good one wouldn't want to move away.

My own GP is excellent and a credit to the surgery, however the continuity between other GPs when own not available could be improved.
Also urgent requests via letter/phone etc could be improved sooner than 24-48hrs.
All in all great G.P.

Faudel having to wait when trying to get through on the phone, waited 5 mins. Otherwise would like to get more appointments with preferred doctor.
