Only criticism I have is not being able to book an appointment in advance. Its given hard to be available when a doctor can see you and having to ring on the day to be see that day is so difficult when working or the commitments could you try 50/50 system where some doctors are available for only the day you ring and others on appointment?

Some questions not relevant and no space to say.
