Seeing a doctor, and when an appointment is made to see a nurse for eg. A blood test and they ask "what have you come for " is not I my mind good practice. I also felt like I did not matter and was wasting their time. Seeing a junior doctor I thought was a waste.

I want to thank everyone who really helped me when I was ill recently. Dr tedcastle was so kind and efficient and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving at a time when I was quite anxious. Dr Morris did an excellent job in assuring me I was fit to travel, Ruth Birch was her usual competent and kind self, and Diane Carruthers was expert in getting blood out of my oh so reluctant veins (they have never learned the concept of sharing). You're a great surgery and I am so thankful to be with you all.
