Yes. I did receive great care when I visited nurse Linda? As I did on all the 5 times I saw her. I had scraped the skin off the back of my hand on a garden hook so went to surgery without an appointment - it was lunch time, but she fitted me in. Immediately she was concerned about the fragility of my skin and instead of slapping a plaster on it (as a Lancaster nurse did over a dirty wound) she took the trouble to clean it, find a non-stick cover and to bandage it carefully. She also gave me useful advice on how to cope at home-showering etc. She is a credit to her profession.

I was not kept waiting. The waiting area is warm and bright. I was treated with respect and understanding. The information I was given was appropriate and the treatment was administered with confidence. I feel better for the visit and will not mind if I have to go bad again. The receptionist was cheerful and helpful. I cannot see how anything that happened to me today can be improved.
