I think my husband and I are very fortunate to have such a great Doctors Surgery. We never have any problem in booking an appointment and all the Doctors are caring, understanding and very available. We think we are very fortunate because friends and family in other areas don't seem to have the quality of caring that we get from Nutwood Surgery, especially when booking an appointment to see the Doctor. I go online and find the available times to suit myself - and click - done! How easy is that! Well done Nutwood Surgery.

Excellent service apart from time taken to ANSWER THE TELEPHONE. HAS TAKEN UP TO 15 MINUTES to get an answer especially around mid - day and later in the afternoon. I have had to abandon phone calls and drive down to the surgery to resolve things. Not satisfactory especially if needing to speak to a doctor urgently.
