Personal - i.e contact between equals, practical care good i.e aseptic precautions good when open wound dressed. Follow-up and advice were both v.satisfactory. Good accessibility - i.e easy to speak to qualified person re:medical problems. Improvement perhaps - if possible - in speedier response to reception desk from a phone call.
