I was listened to very carefully and examined.
Time and consideration given to re best way forward.
Note- Nutwood side of reception - I once had to wait a long time and reception as the receptionist was working on the computer with her back to the desk. Would it be helpful for receptionist to have a mirror placed Higher On the wall so she can keep the occassion eye on desk.
