Level of care is usually very good, caring staff and doctors who usually listen well and take time when needed. Can be very difficult getting an appointment and I have spent over 30 minutes on phone in morning trying to see if appointment-free.

Making and availability of appointments, particularly over the telephone need improvement, especially at short notice. Otherwise, contact is especially helpful and courteous.

I'm always had great care from Nutwood Surgery, but recently when I was very poorly I felt so supported and cared about that I need to say a special 'thank you', especially to the receptionists, Dr Woodford and Anne who managed to get blood out of me. Thank you all so very much.

Care was excellent from start to finish. In my opinion nothing needs improvement - except parking, and the site of print on the Tv screens!!
