Reception staff always welcoming and very helpful either at the desk or by telephone.
When being seen as a patient I feel comfortable able to discuss or ask questions regarding my treatment.
Not feeling that my appointment is rushed.

I always find the care here excellent, the doctors are always really kind and always take the time to listen to a problem no matter how silly it may seem. The receptionists are always lovely and welcoming. I always feel that I am really cared for when I come here and well looked after and I feel at ease with the diagnosis they give me.
