Sometimes I ring for IMS(foot soles), I still can't find the correct number to sort it out. They say "they will send you the insoles but I still after 2 weeks can't have it. So I ring the surgery Nutwood which referred to the hospital number, the hospital send me to another number so on and on. Still can't comment to the right one even now.
