I only have one problem with the new surgery and that is being partially sighed I cannot see the electronic sign when my name flashes up unless I stand by the display as the chairs are too far away. The receptionist cannot see the display or might be busy so cannot let me know. It would be much appreciated if this could be solved someway other than me having to ask someone sitting near me to let me know when my name comes up. My regular Dr might remember I can't see and come looking for me but other Drs won't know this.

Thank you for your comments and we have taken measures to ensure that our blind or partially sighted patients are identified by staff and doctors and we will endeavour to personally assist patients to consulting rooms. Joyce Hodgson Practice Manager
