Nurse was very concerned not to continue with ear-syringing when it hurt me a little. Recommended another week of drops and a further appointment. I did not feel pressured to continue with syringing. Time was(or didn't appear to be) an issue. Very caring approach. Nurse was keen to see if syringing improved hearing or if further hearing or if further investigation needed.
