Excellent service apart from time taken to ANSWER THE TELEPHONE. HAS TAKEN UP TO 15 MINUTES to get an answer especially around mid - day and later in the afternoon. I have had to abandon phone calls and drive down to the surgery to resolve things. Not satisfactory especially if needing to speak to a doctor urgently.
