Staff particularly reception are all superb. The problems I have encountered constantly is getting an appointment with a G.P. The new 'ask my GP' service does seem very good and may solve chis. The problem which will still remain however is sometimes a G.P is needed (even if just 30 seconds) for clear professional opinion and urgent prescriptions.
