I don't think reception staff should ask what the problem is in front of their busy working areas apart from that they are all great.

I would like to say a special thanks for the care I received when recently I contacted a monthly flu bug, I'd like to thank Dr Woods and Dr Walkington for their help to recover after 6 weeks of this particular bout.

Receptionist Meera, very helpful, polite and kind, even when other patients were rude and approched her she handled it in a polite, professional manner.
