it takes a long time to get through on the phone. if there were enough resourses in NHS it would be very helpful if there were 2 members of staff making appts, ect (at busy times)

Thank you for your feedback. We have 8 incomming lines into the practice at any one time and between 4 and 7 staff members able to take the calls during these busy times.
