Very difficult to get appointment with practice nurse - just for simple 3 monthly blood test

Thank you for your feedback I am sorry that you have had difficulties booking an appointment. During the summer period we were busy recruiting phlebotomy staff and now we are full team again, i would hope that the appointment issues will have much improved since your comments.
