This is a first class practice, well managed with staff, from clinicians through nurses to administration. They are constrained at times by NHS Guidelines and Rules but in my experience, going back some 10 years, they have always explained, and sometimes apologised for them. I have found the doctors very good at listening, always patient and, in my experience, always re-assuring. They have accepted advice and opinion in a sympathetic manner, even if and when they have disagreed with my suggested preferred course of action. They seem to accept that I know my body pretty well, that not all aches and pains require medical intervention and have always been happy to accept that. Where necessary they referred me specialists very quickly when they necessary and when I requested it. There have been irritations from time to time, but they often seem to have been caused by thoughtlessness on my part, or inappropriate behaviour on the part of other patients, especially in waiting rooms. The repeat prescription facility generally works well.
