It's been difficult to get an appointment for some time. It's even harder to see a doctor. I have not seen my GP in too many years to count!

The actual appointment was for an Asthma review and the nurse was excellent - knowledgeable, informative, helpful, effecient, patient.

Very long wait on the telephone to get through to anyone. Had to call several times as wait times were too long

Overall efficient and the lady was very friendly and put me at ease for a cervical screening
