Takes to long to get an appointment or to hear back from the diabetic clinic after blood tests

Be quicker and stop taking on more patients when you can’t even cope with the patients you have already

I have had a recent chest infection After a quick call to the surgery the staff were extremely helpful and a nurse called me back within half an hour a doctor then assessed my health situation and some medication was issued that afternoon. A fantastic and speedy service I am now recovering quickly with the medication I was issued. All the staff and nursing staff I spoke with were extremely helpful and efficient and provided a very professional service.

Having completed online triage form it then advised me to contact 111 which I did and went through same questions again only for them to say I needed an appointment with a healthcare professional so they then made an appointment at North Brink on my behalf
