Got through reasonably easily and receptionist v helpful

Overall was quick call to get appointment for flu jab. Covid jab was added as well, so pleased about that.

The triage system works effectively as I have always had a phone call following submission of the request. Yesterday I had a face to face consultation. I don’t know if this true for everyone. For older people who don’t use the internet it’s difficult as they struggle to get through on the phone. I saw Carol and I always find her to be efficient caring and willing to listen. She was able to allay my fears and reassure me.
