When I first contacted the surgery last week I was offered the appointment which suited my needs as I had an injury which fortunately did not impact my health or work. The doctor to whom I saw was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease in his style of treating my injury and the plan to fix it. Thoroughly happy with the help he gave me, thank you to you all.

Fortunately I had an injury rather than an illness. I am unsure as to the timescale it would have taken to see a doctor if I had an ill was as this was not a question I needed to ask. Therefore, I do not know at this moment in time as to what you could do to improve your service as I was very happy with it.

Brilliant service and surgery.

Sometimes it’s a very long wait to speak to reception in the surgery and on the phone. Possibly add an extra staff member to reception.

I used the online triage and had a call about an appointment the same day. The nurse consulted several times with the doctor during my appointment to ensure I got the best possible treatment.

I didn’t need to do this on this occasion because this was initiated by the surgery due to its very nature. However on previous occasions it’s been aon overly bureaucratic and tedious process to get an appointment with a GP
