Not always easy to get an appointment, especially for those of us who work and don't have the time to call every morning.

Hard question as I know just how stretched out everybody is. The answer would be, hire more clinical staff, create more availability for patients to be seen face to face or at least rang.

If you phone at 8am which is the earliest you can call you could suddenly be in a queue of at least 30 to 40 people? I have known people waiting for over an hour then to be told they have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment but not with a doctor!! This is not just my opinion but just about everyone I know.

Communication between departments it appears nobody knows what anyone else is doing.
