I completed the triage at about 8.10am. I heard nothing until I called at 3.30pm. Assuming I wasn’t going to hear that day I asked if I would need to complete a triage the following day. The very helpful receptionist said I’d been sent a message saying that there was a prescription waiting for collection. I had not received one. So at about 4pm I headed for the surgery to collect the prescription and I then received a message at 4.10pm.
Always difficult to get an appointment, but staff work hard to help
My original appointment was cancelled by the surgery and I had to wait nearly three weeks for another one, only to be prescribed medication that is not available
Sometimes easy sometimes harder, just depends on who is available, with illness etc don’t expect to just click your fingers and get in
Had a pneumonia vaccination. I had to arrange it as I didn't seem yo have been notified when I was eligible.
