I sent a Triage as I always get an appointment this way.

From yesterday’s appointment there was nothing you could. Have done better. My only gripe would be that the prescription did not get sent through to the pharmacy and my husband had to go back twice during the day to collect it

Have a short window to get through triage and then never get to see a Dr. Having had a face to face with a nurse yesterday i was told a prescription was being issued for me. 24 hours later that prescription still had not been issued. Now told it should go out later today. That is poor.

I appreciate that the medical team are busy but i feel that decisions are often made in the absence of the patient and a prescription issued without contact - not in this case of course.
