I made a telephone appointment, was only third in a queue, and waited only two to three minutes for a reply. I received a phone call within two hours as promised and was given an appointment the same day.

I was dealt with promptly , efficiently and shown a very caring and friendly attitude by all staff I saw.

I submitted a triage form and within four hours I had received a telephone call and was sitting in the waiting room. I saw a junior doctor who was very good.

Everything was very well done.

Submitted a triage request late morning - had a phone call within 20 minutes and an appointment the next morning Doctor was exceptional, dealt with my health issue and gave advice and then sat and spoke with me about other services he could offer as I was emotional about losing my mum recently. Didn’t feel rushed at all, and he didn’t sit in his computer at all until I left, I had his whole attention. I can’t rate this practice high enough
