Received your survey to review following a recent consultation, but it has been 33 hours since I completed a triage for my child and I am yet to hear. I was very specific in the triage that I needed to hear prior to my daughters surgery.

I completed an online form and received a text message to inform me of medication that would be left at the pharmacy. No contact with a person to talk about my situation just a decision by a doctor.

I appreciate some situations can be dealt with remotely however it feels impersonal and like you are being ushered along quickly via a message.
