This is an excellent practice with very caring professionals who listen to your concerns and refer to specialists as appropriate and in a timely manner. It is very useful to have a selection of types of staff to see including nurses and nurse practitioners with a clear description of who to see for what problem. The on line booking service is also really good for appointments and prescriptions.

For patients living in rural areas it could be useful to access a Doctor or nurse via skype.

I am always treated with sensitivity and respect. I do not go to the surgery with pre-conceived ideas and I have an open mind when it comes to my treatment. Those who treat me know their subject, but also have the time and patience to listen to me. As a person with type 2 diabetes I need the help and advice given to me by the North Brink Surgery professionals.
