Very personal centered care I feel never rushed, the nurse and Dr I have dealt with have always made extra time for me and listened fully. This makes a big difference!

The rapid commencement of palliative care once it has been decided upon and the compassion shown at all times to me through from initial stages to the course of action decided upon (pain relief management etc). I would defy anyone to find any complaint with the whole process. As there is no provision for the identify of the staff I'm referring to in this questionnaire, I am referring to our GP Dr.Angela Culshaw and palliative care nurse Jane.
