The receptionist (Tanya wright) was extremely helpful and friendly. The doctor (smerdon) was very helpful, I didn't just feel like a patient I felt more care was involved.

My appointment was for 08:30 with Dr. Southern- I was not seen until 08:50. The reason that the doctor's room was change but he was not informed. Therefore, I was in waiting room C and the doctor was elsewhere. This is very poor administration and should be addressed as soon as.
