I was told I had an appointment at 20.40 (11/12/15) the machine would not let me say I had arrived and reception was un-manned. This is the second time this has happened time this has happened to me! Very poor.

Staff are always very professional but sometimes can be a bit short. The availability of appointments with my GP are very few and far between.

|Tamsin was very througher taking great care to check all medication and advising follow up treatment. Tamsin was pleasant and cheerful a lovely person.
