Phone manner from a receptionist would be better. So rude at 9.26 am on the marin of 8 march, had been rang to change a earlier appoint for my daughter, her appointment was to be changed from 8.20 on 9 March to later lady who rang was o rude. When I said I had spoke to someone 5 mins previous.
I brought my granddaughter in today for an 8.40. We were not informed that the nurse practitioner was running behind as the appointment before ours went on for 30 minutes. It would have been helpful to know as we were on a tight schedule ourselves and we only just got to our next appointment
The appointment booking system is a disgrace !!! I tried to book an appointment for today/tomorrow &, by 9am there was nothing showing as available for the following 2weeks ahead!!! I tried to call but telephone either busy or just not answered. I left it until later (thankfully it's not important I got an appointment the same day) and was told by receptionist that there are no appointments left for today & I should ring in again in the morning after 8am. I explained that I tried to book online this morning & she advised that new appointments will show after 6pm today for the following day. WHAT A JOKE. Ruddy good job I'm not dying (have no idea what is wrong as I've been unable to see a Doctor so, let's hope it's not something that should have been seen urgently).....This needs revising as I'm sure I'm not the only patient that is running out of patience.
