It was very good and care was excellent.
I was listened to and an end to my problem is in sight.

Ensure that any medical equipment is where it should be, the correct site, and is not used by the practice if the patient or carer is unable to collect it or until they inform the practice that it cannot be collected until the following week.
I rarely ask to see a doctor as I am a carer and I just don't get the time. When I do want to see a doctor it is because I really need to see one. The receptionists will never book you into see a doctor and when I recently said I need to see one or speak to one rather than a sister I was told I was being extremely rude! This receptionist was able to look at my notes and make a decision who I should see. I did not shout or swear or raise my voice, all I asked was how could I actually make an appointment to see a doctor rather than anyone else. This was classed as being extremely rude, she said I could ring at 8 am and see if I could get an appointment then. I know from experience I will have to go through the same again then and still not get an appointment. I don't know which way I can get to see a doctor who will understand my circumstances.
