No conversation was had about my condition and prescription sent to chemist without any details of what it is.
Receptionist was rude to me 3 times last night and I was only following nurse and pharmacist instructions, just couldn’t be bothered to argue with any of it too exhausted and feel too ill. No solution to my immediate problem, pharmacy wouldn’t even sell me nurofen for my headaches despite being 52 years old and having used nurofen it’s the only thing that gets rid of my headaches. Just nothing to help me now so have gone yet another night with about 2 hours sleep just coming in is a waste of time sadly
Spoke to triage lady and got early appointment, all are friendly and very professional, dr culshaw checked me over for an issue and gave me understandable and helpful feedback.
I rang at 8am convinced that I'd be waiting ages on hold to get through. I suffer with anxiety and had recently come out of hospital. I was convinced that I still had a chest infection despite antibiotics at the hospital. The receptionist spoke with me promptly, I wasn't holding on the phone for very long at all. I felt listened to and was more than pleased with the service from North Brink. A GP contacted me within the hour and prescribed me another course of antibiotics and a course of steroids. Thank you for listening to me and making my experience far easier than expected. I'm very grateful.
It is rare to be able to get an appointment by phone call.
