You have to fill in a long triage form which doesn’t always have exactly the correct symptoms on it

You are good at responding once the triage form is in but I just find the form a bit long winded and it isn’t because I don’t like technology I understand the need for change.

The appointment process is time consuming and not efficient.

Whilst the triage nurse was very nice I think patients deserve to see a qualified doctor.

I was really impressed with the service I got on this occasion, I have only been a few times but I was really impressed this time.
