Medical care has always been of a good standard, however getting appointments whether to see a GP or clinic is horrendous. Some of the receptionist are rude and unhelpful.

Easy to get same day appointment. Harder, to get into other clinics (diabetes, blood pressure). Keep giving me 1 week's worth of tablets for long term condition.
