My appointment was very quick. I found Dr Culshaw really lovely, friendly and human! On calling first thing this morning I was originally told there were no appointments - then told that I was very lucky as receptionist managed to find me an appointment - I found this a bit off.

Managed to get an appointment this morning which is good. I have always been given an appointment when I come at 8-30 am.

Unable to get to see the doctor that is treating an ongoing complaint that people like myself are suffering from.

When rang up for results for my blood tests, receptionist said the doctor can ring me in 2 weeks time, I said well I can't be that bad then, and don't need medication. So she looked at them and said, I better get you booked in sooner. If I didn't ask I would have had to wait 2 weeks! Plus nobody told me that the doctor left some medication out for me!!
