Staff are professional, friendly and caring. Clinics usually run on time.
However, it would be helpful if the Warfarin clinic was help at the North Cambs Hospital, as it is central and more easily accessible, especially for non-drivers.

The same day clinics are a great idea. Seems as the online appointments are always booked months in advance.
