When making appointments disclosing personal information to a receptionist is not best the practice. If changing of appointments is appropriate have a clinician call back not a computer script.

The clinical staff are excellent.

Easy to get appointment to see nurse/practitioner but not to see own doctor or follow up appointments. However doctors (all staff) have been professional and helpful.
