From reception staff to doctors and the lovely nurse I saw today I received excellent care. Staff are professional but friendly and never make you feel like an inconvenience. I felt genuinely cared about today. I can always see someone or talk to someone when I need. Thank you all so much. I know not all surgeries.

Personally feel that the level of care and service has gone from this practice over the last 2 yrs since is got bigger and bigger. Seeing a doctor is a nightmare. When I brought my daughter her 6 weeks ago bleeding from her back passage no-one even looked at her properly - the just advised Calpol which was not the answer. We then had to come back which wasted another apt and now are under the Q.E under going treatment which she needed on the first apt I will be moving practices when possible!

Dispensary good- efficient- good. My doctors- efficient- good. Blood test- good. Don't like. Receptionist system. My buzzer complaint! Too difficult to get an appointment. Would prefer more time with my doctor rather than nurse practitioner. As an older patient I would like more time to be put into how much monitoring my own health.
