Staff are friendly and helpful. Pre-bookable appointments are usually needing a long wait. The nurse led same day clinic is very helpful for thing that are less complicated but when you need to see a doctor you need to wait for too long. Test results are given back with very little feedback.

My appointment was fitted in even though there were no spaces. Although I had been told I would see a nurse I actually saw Dr Wong. He made me feel very confident about sorting the process.
