Receptionist was professional and courteous and clearly informed me that a doctor would contact me by 6:30 p.m.
(this is relevant to the 7th of December)
The doctor did call well before the time indicated.
She was professional, polite and agreed to write a prescription for me to collect.

Always is some problem with appointments. There is not a correctly specialist and when I want to make appointment with a doctor I get nurse which search my problem in google.

Improvement a cross all areas is needed.
Cannot get to see own doctor for conditions care.
Cannot order repeat prescription by phone.
Cannot get appointment outside working hours.
Cannot get medical or diabetic nurse care etc.
In fact practice only good.
I yet have a minor accident and injuries are sent to most cambs hospital.

Was sceptical about seeing a nurse instead of doctor but the experience was very reassuring. I would have no problem doing the same in the future.

Extremely impressed with appointment availability, and on arrival I had a wait time of just 4 minutes and was seen.
Great time keeping.
