Since it is impossible to get to see own GP, I find it very difficult, as every time I go there, my impression is that the surgery lost all the good atributes, which used to have. Now it seems that everything goes around number of people seen in one day and not about care, advice and help given. Receptionists are very abrupt and act like they know everything. Very disappointing and at this moment wouldn't recommend North Brink surgery to anyone.

I found the doctors here thoughtful polite professional yet friendly and caring. Even the receptionists are very helpful articulate and understanding. I suffer with both physical and mental health issues and North brink have always been very thorough and never made me feel like 'just another patient' or hurried in the appointment. I do find certain GP easier to talk to about my Mental health than others (that's just personal preference) Highly recommend this surgery.

My 13 month old daughter and I were seen in the same day nurse led clinic on 6/2/2017, supervised by the doctor. Alison, the nurse was friendly and put me and my baby daughter at ease. She was very patient and caring and checked us both over thoroughly. The doctor was also kind and caring. I was also helped up the stairs to the pharmacy with the pushchair by a member of the pharmacy staff. I received great care from all the team at the North Brink surgery - thank you. It is difficult to access the pharmacy (flight of steps) from the nurse waiting area if you have a child in a pushchair. It would be helpful to install a ramp or tiered floor level to overcome this problem and make the surgery more accessible and user friendly.
