The appointment system is loaded in favour of those who have access to a computer. The system is too rigid and has in the past left me without access to an urgent medical examination. Recently my interactions with the surgery have been satisfactory

It does seem silly to be turned away from the surgery with the advice “ring 111”

I was feeling really poorly and had been putting off making an appointment but by Monday I knew I had to. I used the klinik triage service and half an hour later was offered an appointment. I was seen on time and the practitioner I saw was very kind, caring and professional. Just what you need when you’re feeling rubbish! Thank you.

Sometimes I feel the klinik triage system doesn’t ask the right questions or provide the right answer options. However overall I think it’s a great system.
