Been with this doctors for many many years maybe 17 years, and never had a problem. Always easy to get an appointment and always easy to find rooms around the doctors. I message the reception team on my NHS app and I always get a call or message back asap!
Triage system works well
It is almost impossible to get an appointment by telephone on the day. At 8.00am I started calling the surgery which was aways engaged. On two occasions I did get through to the automated system only to be told the queue was full and was disconnected. At 8.18am joined the queue and at 8.23am was told there were no appointments left for the day. I was however offered an appointment at Clarkson Surgery on the coming Saturday. At this appointment I was asked by the receptionist and doctor if ok to share my information from the appointment to which I agreed. A few days later I received a call from North Brink asking the same question about agreement to share my information. What is going on!
I work full time so don’t have an hour to spend waiting on the telephone, triage also is a very timely process, not designed for anyone in full time employment. I had to debate with reception via email with Harriet to manage to get a telephone appointment which never happened. Fortunately the last nurse to do my Depo I believe it was Connie sorted a double appointment for me to discuss all my health ailments. Sarah yesterday was really knowledgable and actively listened to my needs.
