Appointment with student and nurse for 30 mins actually took 10 mins. No introductions were made. I had to ask who they were. Student didn’t know what condition the appointment was for. Seemed like a money making tick box exercise.
I rang with very serious concerns about my sons mental health, I was very tearful and the lady who I spoke to listened very attentively, she was very sympathetic about our situation and said she would do her best to make sure we was seen by the most appropriate person
I have always got a good service at North Brink what ever department I have to attend.
You offered me an 8:30appt, first of the day. I arrived 15mins to ensure the appointment wasn't late. Imagine my surprise when the physiotherapist came in about 6 minutes late then inhad to wait another few minutes before being called through.
It was interesting to see how many of your staff came in just before 8:30, at 8:30 or even after. Check your CCTV for timeliness.
This is the 3rd physio appointment where they haven't shown (once) or been late for the 8:30 slot (twice).
Had to que on the phone but when it came the next available operator will answer your call it took forever.
