The second time I've rang about my problem first was telephoned by receptionists to say prescription had been put out would have liked to at least have spoken to someone, second time I was told would get a call either for appointment or triage instead got text telling me to take more off one off my medication when constipated well didn't say I was constipated so would yet again like to have spoken to someone to explain problems

I didn't get an appointment just a text message to go for blood tests. I couldnt answer the phone when the practice called as I was working and driving and a message was never left

Can never see a GP directly, don’t like having to go through a nurse.

I was asked to give a urine sample there and then, the nurse gave me the kit and said all I had to do was give the sample as she had already completed the label etc… well I did as asked but the sample was rejected as the label was not completed correctly!!!! Not good

What consultation? I submitted some symptoms, was told to speak to a pharmacist who said they couldn’t help then got a text telling me I had some antibiotics. Not sure where the consultation was.
